Welcome to the web site of David W. Webber, lawyer, educator, and author. This web site is intended to enhance understanding of the legal and policy issues posed by the AIDS pandemic.

This site showcases AIDS and the Law, a legal treatise that provides fully comprehensive and up-to-date coverage of law and policy issues relating to HIV/AIDS. I am the editor and a contributing author to this book, along with nine other contributors, all of whom are leading experts in their areas of legal practice. Now in its fourth edition of 1,418 pages, and in print for more than two decades, AIDS and the Law is updated annually.
